They spotted an approaching earthquake using GPS? Could this mean that a new life form has unexpectedly come into existence within the geology community? Are they really admitting that there might be some type of precursor that can indicate that an earthquake is approaching? Might this be one of the signs that we are supposed to watch for that our planet is about to get smacked by a giant asteroid sending us all off to join the dinosaurs?

 that those researchers were able detect its approach by using GPS are good indicators that the line structure on my chart was in fact pointing to the approach of that earthquake.<p>There are a number of reasons that the longitude of line structure is too far to the east. One of them could be that the strain on that tectonic plate was actually causing a fault zone farther to the east to generate the signals that I detected.<p>Another reason is that my forecasting program tries to match EM Signals with the past earthquakes in my database file. But the line on the bottom of the page shows that my database file contains almost no earthquakes at 85 W where the earthquake occurred. However, there are LOTS of earthquakes in the database file at 68 W. So the program did the best it could with determining the right longitude with limited amounts of earthquake data to work with.<br>
