I am currently recording strong activity, which I have determined as Southern Xinjiang, China at bearing 76' 08' E by 37' 07' N
A little hesitant to predict this one, as the same region experienced a 6.6 on the 25th Nov ... and therefore, could constitute an aftershock. I would be great-full if somebody could advise on how much time must elapse in a recently seismic region, before further events are regarded as un-related. The signal indicates this could be 5.5 - 6.5 in magnitude, my best guess would be possibly in the next 48 hours.
Also, I have a 10 day repeating signal which I initially determined as Southeast Pacific at bearing 103' 40' W by 50' 0' S. It's on a near opposite longitude to the one above, but the records I have sourced show no activity in this region. Have I not looked deep enough, or does anybody know different ?
Thank you
