Change in registration text - Skywise - 09-11-2015

I'm planning to change the sign up text on the registration page to the following. Please let me know if you perceive any problem with it.

This is a public forum which can be viewed by anyone. Anything you post can be read by anyone. You should not have any expectations of privacy regarding what you post. These rules may change from time to time, and by continuing with the sign up process you agree to the above rules and any others that the Administrator may specify.

Looks good to me
