Although El Nino tends to bring disastrous flooding and destruction, we REALLY need the rain. I thought I recently heard California's snow pack was only 18% of norm for this time of year. It seems it's been quite a while since we had a good strong El Nino. I remember as a kid growing up in the 70's and 80's we'd have winters where it rained and rained and rained and.....
