Going with a prediction of a stronger earthquake on The Bartlett Springs
fault in Northern California (east of Willets, Ukiah and Redwood Valley)

See if 3.2 & 3.3 on April 27th and 28th on the North and South end of the known fault are foreshocks. Thinking could be some stress transfer from last August's 6.0 in Napa.

Luckily would occur in sparsely populated area with single family residences mainly

I see where you're coming from. I noticed those quakes as well.

Sometimes faults do creak and moan just before going off.
